About These Terms
These terms apply when you book a reading, healing session, ritual or course, or order crystals, from Luminous Soul by Ami Shah. By booking, you agree to them.
The Nature of This Work
Tarot readings, astrology, numerology, Reiki, spell work and other rituals offer spiritual guidance based on intuition and traditional practice. Ami shares what she sees honestly, but no particular outcome or timeframe can be guaranteed.
This work is not a substitute for medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters, and never stop a treatment your doctor has prescribed.
Booking and Scheduling
Bookings are made and paid for through Exly’s secure checkout. After you book, Ami contacts you on WhatsApp to collect any details she needs and to agree a time. Delivery times shown on each offering are given in working hours or working days.
Cancellations and Refunds
Bookings are not refundable once made, including if you cancel. If you need to change your plans, message Ami as early as you can.
Healing and Rituals
Photos of your ritual are shared within 24 hours, along with any remedy, switchword or mantra for you. Results depend on many things, including your own faith, patience and effort, and can take anywhere from five days to three months.
The Tarot Course
Classes are taught live on Zoom in English and Hindi. Places in each batch are limited, and course fees are not refundable. Course material is for your own learning.
Crystals
Crystals currently ship within India only. Because they are natural, each piece varies a little in colour and shape. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Prices
Prices are shown in Indian rupees, and in US dollars for clients outside India. Prices may change, and the price shown at checkout is the one that applies. Checkout may add applicable taxes and payment fees.
